## Rules and regulations

##### Rules and regulations stated by RESORT GORUMARA NEST. Gorumara National Park, Dooars.

- Washing clothes are strictly prohibited.

- Consumption and keeping alcohol and narcotics of any nature is strictly prohibited.

- Entering our property with any illegal or legal firearm is strictly prohibited.

- Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited.

- Displacement of any furniture or other things, within or outside of the room is strictly prohibited.

- Use of any audio speaker within the campus is strictly prohibited.

- Shouting inside the resort premises and tampering the peace and tranquility is strictly prohibited.

- Getting out of the resort after 6 pm is restricted (as it is an Elephant corridor).

- Using any electrical device other than mobile or laptop chargers is strictly prohibited.

- Nudity is strictly prohibited.

- Never call or allow any outsider inside the resort premises, other than the front office.

- Valuables and vehicles are at your own risk during your stay at the resort.

- Resort Gorumara Nest is not responsible for any damage or loss due to social or natural calamity.

- Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total amount.

- Maintain tranquility.

- Maintain peace.

- Respect local values.

- Never disturb wildlife.

- Be friendly towards staff.

- Respect the timings stated by the management:

Breakfast – 8 am to 10 am

- Lunch – 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm

- Snacks – 5 pm to 6:30 pm

- Dinner – 8:30 pm to 10 pm

- Food is available only on prior order.

- Never demand air conditioner or geyser service during W.B.S.E.C’s power cut.

- Inform the management or staff if anything odd, damaged, or missing is found during check-in.

- Any damage caused by the guest will be realized.
